Dr. Farr is a board-certified ophthalmologist with specialized training in oculo-facial plastic surgery, serving the Lowcountry for over 30 years. His eye for detail and surgical precision are complemented by Melissa’s patient-centered approach and deep expertise in practice operations and leadership—together creating a highly personalized experience grounded in trust, care, and refined artistry.
