Melissa Farr is the chief operating officer and partner of VIP Cosmetic Surgery. She attended Armstrong University to advance her career in the medical field.

Currently she oversees the marketing department, is in charge of growth and development, and manages product development.
She works closely with a lot of the surgical patients on education, consultation and expectations prior to procedures. Melissa and Dr. Farr have worked side by side for over 14 years and share the same passion for perfection in performing all procedures offered at VIP Cosmetic Surgery.

Heidi Love is a nationally recognized Permanent Cosmetic Artist with 24 years of tattooing experience.

Extensively trained and thoroughly experienced, Heidi has amassed hundreds of procedures and just as many elated clients, building a significant following in the Atlanta Metro Area and now has expanded her talents to the Low Country.
She is a highly sought-after artist and provides education and inspiration to a global audience through her social media presence.
Heidi currently purveys her services at VIP Cosmetic Surgery in Bluffton, offering Permanent Makeup including brows, lips, and eyeliner. Other services include microneedling, laser resurfacing, facials, and skin tightening.

Kaitlyn is our Patient Coordinator. She is responsible for booking appointments, answering treatment questions, event planning for BOTOX parties at local salons and businesses.
Kaitlyn’s medical background began in ophthalmology with Dr. Farr 6 years ago and since then she has branched out to aesthetics at VIP Cosmetic Surgery.
She has recently passed her boards to be a Cosmetologist!
