Melissa Farr - COO

Melissa Farr is the chief operating officer and partner of VIP Cosmetic Surgery. She attended Armstrong University to advance her career in dentistry but soon became interested in ophthalmology. Although she worked in dentistry for 12 years, she made the leap and changed professions. She has spent the last 11 years learning, teaching, and managing both the ophthalmology group and aesthetic practice that she and Dr. Farr own. Melissa and Dr. Farr work side by side every day and share the same passion for perfection in performing all procedures offered at VIP Cosmetic Surgery. She loves watching clients regain their confidence and helping them show off their outer beauty to match their bright inner beauty.
