Very active male presented with complaints of heaviness in his lids. He had noticed it was getting harder to see the golf ball and play his music. He had never had any type of cosmetic or medical procedures done and was apprehensive about surgery. We decided to perform a upper lid blepharoplasty and direct brow lift. He had no hair line to hide the brow lift scars so Dr Farr recommended the direct brow lift approach. This would enable us to hide the scar in his eye brow line or in a crease right above the brow. He was very happy to hear that we could do the surgery on site at our facility in Bluffton and that he would not under go general anesthesia. Due to some underlying medical issues Dr Farr recommended he use an oral sedative cocktail along with our patient self administered pronox to keep him comfortable during the surgery. His surgery was a big success and he has recovered well.
