I have went to Dr. Farr for several years now for my Botox and other cosmetic needs and have always been extremely happy with my results! The staff is helpful and knowledgeable about the products and procedures which makes me feel more comfortable when doing something new! So when I heard they now offer cosmetic tattoos I just had to have my lips done. Heidi was AMAZING and she walked me through everything step by step so I was not nervous at all. I had never had a tattoo before and didn’t know what to expect. She helped me pick a more subtle color the first visit to see how I liked it and so it wouldn’t give me too much of the shock factor. When I went back for my follow up appointment I went a little brighter and I LOVE it!!! Heidi gave me a beautiful cupids bow and made my lips look fuller than they ever have all while making them look natural!!! All I do now is put on some chapstick or clear lipgloss and leave the house! I am also going to have my MIL come for a consult for her brows since she has struggled with them for years and I know she will love Heidi and have full confidence in her tattooing abilities! I am super happy with the entire experience and recommend Heidi and Dr. Farr for any cosmetic needs! You will come away looking and feeling more confident and beautiful just like I do!!! More

I did a lot of research and read many reviews before having my initial consultation with Dr. Farr. I was nervous and apprehensive about "freshening up" my 75 year old face but Dr. Farr and his staff answered all my questions and explained the procedures he thought best for me. I interviewed more than one practice before deciding to place my face and eyes in the care of Dr. Farr and the staff at VIP. I recently moved to Bluffton from Northern VA, where I had been working with a team I trusted for non-surgical treatments for a couple years now. I came in for a consultation with Dr. Farr and instantly felt at ease and knew that I would be in good hands. I explained the journey I'd been on so far (that starts with jaw trauma), and not only did they listen, but also recommended alternative holistic treatments (outside of the practice) that could help ease the discomfort in addition to the other treatments I typically get. When you are in the treatment room, the team is there to support you and ensure you are relaxed and comfortable. They also want your feedback post-treatment and take it seriously. Also, every visit is a good time - it's impossible not to laugh with Mississippi - even when you're not supposed to! I am excited to continue working with them! More

I really enjoyed my experience here, I went in requesting a microneedling session for acne and scarring (no idea what I needed) and was pleasently surprised to learn more than expected. I was encouraged to have a more affective facial and laser treatment to clear the acne first and then in time move forward with microneedling after my acne is addressed. I didn't feel pressured into buying more things or spending more money, I felt taken care of. I was with Jacqui from the moment she greated me at the door. She is absolutely lovely. I enjoyed her energy and overall professionalsm. I felt listened to and understood. I am excited to go on my skin journey with her! More
