OUR STORY

We are a cosmetic surgery and med spa practice that is owned and operated by Melissa Farr and Dr. Kenneth Farr. Our focus is to help clients achieve a natural looking result that will give them a refreshed look.

Dr. Farr is a board certified Ophthalmologist with special training in oculo-facial plastic surgery he has been providing cosmetic services in the lowcountry for over 20 years.
