Upper and Lower lid Blepharoplasty by Dr Kenneth Farr in Bluffton SC

Client had very heavy upper lids and lower lid fat pockets. Dr Farr preformed a upper blepharoplasty, and a lower lid blepharoplasty with fat pad removal. She had about one week down time with typical bruising and swelling. Her sutures were removed around day 7 and she is happy with her results. Natural looking results.
